Individual Counseling Sessions:

$80 per session. Self Pay Only, I do not currently take insurance.

 

Sessions typically last about 50 minutes.

 

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding your unique situation. During this session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and talk about your goals for counseling. By the end of the intake, we’ll have a clearer plan for how to move forward in future sessions.

15-Minute Free Phone Consultation

I offer free 15-minute phone consultations for new clients.

 

This brief meeting allows you to share what you’re looking for in therapy, ask questions about my approach, and see if we’re a good fit before scheduling a full session. 

I try to keep these relaxed and low pressure. You have no obligation to schedule with me if you feel like we are not a good match, and I allow people to take time to think about it instead of asking them to schedule on the spot.
