About Me - Porn Addiction Therapy
Specialized Therapy for Porn and Technology Addiction
Who I Am
Before beginning my therapy journey, I was deep in the world of computer programming, trying to code my way into feeling fulfilled.

Covid hit me hard. I got burnt out from my programming job and quit working for a year. I felt very lost during this period, and guilty that I had failed. I struggled with all sorts of technology addictions as I tried to distract myself from real life.
I started volunteering on the 988 Lifeline which deeply changed my life. The next three years were spent in various roles at the Crisis Center and doing my own personal therapy.

That experience changed my path and led me to becoming a therapist, where I now help others regain control, work on themselves, and build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
